the newest art
So, which comes first? Words or art? Art in a grand historic sense. But in an every day sense around here, it’s the words.
But they don’t seem complete without the art.
I LOVE this art. I am teaching an Art and Text class this fall to high school students and have been looking for fun ideas. This is perfect.
Thank you! And I’d love for you to use this idea. Please let me know how it goes.
Hi – this is stunning. I’d like to use it as header art for a post I’m working on about poetry at A Just Recompense, http://sloopie72.wordpress.com . I’d like to credit you but I don’t see a name…? I’ll use Words Are Art or you can email me (address in my profile) and let me know how you’d like to be credited; or just reply here since I’ll get further comments. It’s great work.
Thank you for asking. You may certainly use the image and my name is Marta Pelrine-Bacon. I’ll look forward to your post. I’m glad you liked the work.
Thanks, Marta – here’s the link: http://sloopie72.wordpress.com/2013/05/07/poetry-pushcart-xxxvii-2013/ I hope you like how it’s used.
